Do you or your team support vulnerable or low-income households in the East of England?
One of our partners, PECT (Peterborough Environment City Trust), is delivering free online sessions giving frontline workers an opportunity to learn more about fuel poverty, energy advice in England, and ways you can support your service users and communities.
The training is available free, thanks to funding from Citizens Advice, and aims to be delivered through fun and interactive sessions. The training will equip you with the knowledge needed to make a difference in the lives of those struggling to afford adequate heating and energy. You’ll learn about fuel poverty, and how to identify and support individuals and families affected by fuel poverty. The sessions will give you practical tips and resources to help you effectively address this critical issue that affects more than 6million people in the UK.
