If your organisation supports households in or at risk of fuel poverty, we want to make you aware of fantastic help the National Energy Foundation has available.
The National Energy Foundation is a charity that uses the Charis Shop to deliver support. Part of their offering includes a free fuel poverty advice service called Better Housing Better Health.
Via a freephone helpline, their team gives valuable tips on how to stay warm at home, organises free home energy visits, assists with Priority Services Register sign-ups and advises on grant availability for energy efficiency measures.
Households you refer to them may also be eligible to receive fuel vouchers for prepayment meters.
If you would like to know more about this support and how you can refer people to the National Energy Foundation and Better Housing Better Health, please visit www.bhbh.org.uk.
