In the last five years, Charis has experienced a period of unprecedented and sustained growth, diversification and business change. The successful deployment of a new strategic plan, the introduction of new services and a broader range of products delivered through new technology applications has underpinned the progression of the business. Now the organisation is ready to be taken through the next phase of its growth plan and needs to recruit new talent and future leaders to support the process of change.
For more than twenty years, Charis has been successfully operating as a business services enterprise, working as the trusted administrator and fulfilment service for many essential funds and grants, providing complex bespoke services to major organisations which include utility companies, local authorities, housing associations and charities. Success has been built and maintained by blending social, regulatory and commercial responsibilities, to provide innovative solutions to a rapidly expanding client base.
As well as providing measurable fulfilment solutions, getting financial, product and service support to people quickly and efficiently, we believe it’s our empathetic approach and the level of compassion and care we offer to our clients and their beneficiaries, that really sets us apart. We understand the challenges our clients have; we’re good listeners and can creatively manage a wide range of time sensitive demands. This has been crucial in our ongoing success. Today, we are ambitious to maintain the pace of change and expansion, whilst building new processes and business functions that will safely enable Charis to meet the ongoing challenges of growth.
We’re a committed team of 50 people, and we’re looking for new team members in a range of roles across the business who are comfortable working in a changing environment, happy to get involved in examining the details of our operation, enthusiastic to create improvements and willing to take on responsibility, developing themselves and the Charis business. Our offices are based in Peterborough, and we enjoy a blend of in-office and occasional remote working for some roles. Our focus today is on bringing people into the business who will work in our offices to be part of focused collaborative teams.
