Speed

Using Faster Payments, a system for near-immediate electronic payments between UK bank accounts, CharisPay enables rapid customer support in emergency or out of hours situations.

Ease and Accessibility

A direct to bank account payment means that, unlike vouchers, no activation or redemption activities are required. The customer simply receives an email or SMS alert telling them about the payment.

Confirmation of Payee

The real-time Confirmation of Payee (CoP) banking service is deployed, avoiding risks of payments being inadvertently sent to the wrong customer.

Cash-free security

Carrying cash and physical payment products can create nervousness for some vulnerable individuals. CharisPay can help to reduce customer anxiety.

Flexibility

The customer can use the money you send in the way that you’ve agreed, at a time that’s appropriate and convenient.

Tracking, control and reporting

CharisPay can be managed in the same way as any other product or service distributed through the Charis Shop. This includes the ability to set spending limits at an individual or organisational level, and the Charis Shop reporting suite ensures a robust audit trail of payments made.
