Salary: £23,000 – £27,000 + incentive scheme (depending on experience)
Main Purpose of the job
To be responsible for retaining and developing client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and that Charis deliver the agreed services
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all commercial matters related to client concerns and needs. Escalate client operational issues to the Charis service delivery team
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with Customer Service team to ensure SLAs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Drive year over year revenue growth with their assigned portfolio of accounts, supported by an appropriate account plan for the largest clients.
- Input into plans for business growth by sharing client feedback
- Review Charis services considering market and regulatory changes and client feedback
- Build mutually beneficial relationships through networking opportunities and raise Charis profile
- Create a calendar of client contact to develop and maintain excellent, positive relationships with clients
- Attend meetings on behalf of Charis, recording accurate minutes of meetings, implementation of action points and sharing of information to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Record all activity in Hubspot CRM software. Perform to the agreed KPI’s related to client contacts per week, new Shop account additions and same account revenue growth.
Knowledge, Experience and Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years in an account management or customer service role
- Customer service and client focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Resilience and enthusiastic to work through (approximately) 10 to 15 client engagements per day.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
